Special acoustic lamps from Axolight

Axolight’s acoustic collections (U-Light, Bell, Layers, Ukiyo, Velvet and Skirt) combine the functions of lighting and sound absorption with a strong aesthetic effect. The combination of geometric shapes creates a minimalist design. U-light is characterised by its ring-shaped structure, into which the iconic arch is inserted in one of the two pendant versions. Thanks to its large yet light volume, U-light can dynamically fill the room without overloading it. The minimalist design, light intensity and visual comfort make U-light a luminaire that is suitable for a variety of architectural styles, from the home to the contract sector. By incorporating an acoustic panel, U-light acoustic has an equivalent sound absorption coefficient of up to 3.11, which enables a noise reduction of up to 49%. U-light was honoured by Interior Design magazine and the ICFF with the ‘NYCxDESIGN Award 2016’ in the lighting category.
