The Planets collection is based on historical lamps and reflects the daily needs not only of customers but also of architects and designers. Thanks to a simple physical principle, the lamps can be variably positioned in different arrangements.

By using weights and castors, the height of the lamps can be quickly adjusted, a unique system that allows the lamps to be used in several groups or as individual luminaires in the interior.

The Planets collection by the manufacturer Brokis is based on historical lamps and reflects the daily needs not only of customers but also of architects and designers. Thanks to a simple physical principle, the lamps can be variably positioned in different arrangements. By using weights and pulleys, the height of the lamps can be quickly adjusted. This unique system makes it possible to create multiple groups that can serve as individual light sources in an interior space, or multiples of three different (or identical) shapes to illuminate larger spaces. The counterweight is precisely matched to the specific weight of the lamp, making it safe and easy to adjust. A round LED panel is located under a shade made of matt glass, which conceals the inner parts and thus preserves the silhouette of the lamp. The metal parts are also matt and are combined with a textile cord to achieve a uniform appearance. The colour scheme is always monochrome to emphasise the graphic character of the lamps, and the glass shades are in elementary geometric shapes – sphere, cone and capsule.
